The process was easy start to finish! We were able to check in for our vehicle the day before so when we landed it was ready. We received several text messages both in the days leading up to our trip as well as after we landed in Honolulu. We were able to do a quick pick up process where we chose the car we wanted in advance so that we could walk right to the stall. We were able to skip the counter this way and saved so much time! Dropping off was just as easy. The price was reasonable and the staff we did associate with were friendly and went above and beyond. We highly recommend and will rent this way each time from now on!

Had 24hr delay on arrival flight, was unable to contact dollar, but not to worry, car was held and ready when we arrived. No complications, very appreciated

I was a little disappointed about the car downgrade and waiting in line nearly two hours to pick it up but overall it was a good value for the money.
I was very skeptical about this at first but once we were there the supplier offered an upgrade to a premium vehicle for a few dollars more. It was an awesome experience. Especially since our other travel companions rented through national companies and ended up getting the run around and shafted for over 2hrs at pick up!!
Lucky Own customer service is great! They came and got us by the airport and dropped us quickly. They actually upgraded me from a Toyota Rav4 to a Toyota Highlander. The vehicle was in pristine condition and a lot of fun to drive. Overall they were very accommodating and friendly and priced right! I would for sure rent again.
