Return was easy and quick and just to walk across into the terminal to check-in for your flight.
Very easy. As it was close to 11pm there was nobody there besides us. Clean car, full tank! Return just as easy, was late evening- took 2 minutes for staff to check and we were in our way to the terminal! Definitely will be back!
The rental process was very easy: the shuttle picked us up and took us to our rental car, which was ready and waiting for us. On our return, the shuttle was waiting and took us right to the airport with almost no wait time. The car was nearly new, in great condition, and fun to drive!

It went way smoother than I anticipated. We got there Saturday morning and called the local ACE office. They drove the car that we were actually going to rent to pick us up. Went to a Nissan dealership which made me wonder but realized that they share the lot but are not affiliated with them. Checked out the car to make sure there’s no damage and left. I should have gotten the drop off address but later found out it was that same dealership. A side note would be to let the customers know in advance of the meeting locations and direct contact numbers. That would help. The airport areas for pickup is a bit confusing. If you’re uncomfortable with a little adventure then use one of the major car rental companies located at the airport, this one is off site. Other than that the guys are super nice and friendly. Great experiences. Trouble free. Was a little concerned due to limited original communications with Booking and warnings car might be forfeit with late pickup but at the time to get the car good communications with Booking (got refund when rental rates had dropped at time of pickup and great communication with Dollar rental both pre pickup, pickup and return. Experience could not have been better.
Drop off was my favorite. So easy, easy to find, signs leading into the drop off were so clear.
I liked everything, the price and the quality. I will rent again. I recommend it.
