      Flight was 6hrs late so it was refreshing check in took maybe 10mins. Was upgraded from a Jetta to Charger ❤️ & check out took 1min.

      Seen lots of bad reviews online after I put money down, but I was there 20 mins and got my car. 2 people working behind counter. Very friendly...got a surprise upgrade at no cost. Apparently my make and model wasn| t available, so we got a new suv. No Hassel return. Would definitely use them again.

      The Rental Agent that assisted me was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. She expressed so much Aloha Spirit it started our Hawaiian vacation with a positive outlook. 5 stars for excellent customer service ( wish I got her name)
