The price was comparable or better than other rental companies although received a Chevrolet Malibu instead of VW Jetta which wasn| t what we were told. Air conditioning worked well which definitely is needed. Otherwise worked well for our purposes. You get what you pay for.
Renting in the USA, I only paid $187 for convertible Cameron for 5 day stay, all other sites were $1800 for same time frame. I will definitely be using Economy Booking again.

The people that help us were friendly, had a sense of humor and very efficient. It was a very pleasant experience. The even brought us the car from the parking lot because of the weather. They went the extra mile so to speak.
Once we got back to the airport to exchange our car for one that worked, the exchange was quick and painless and everyone was friendly and helpful.
The car was great. The pickup less so since there was only 2 personnel at the pickup counter and I had to wait about an hour because of the limited number of personnel to deal with the line of customers.
The one problem with economy bookings is that when I first rented the car about a month in advance, the price was over $1200. I checked back closer to the time of the trip and the same rental was available for about $700. Therefore, I cancelled the first one and got a refund Eventually. I don’t know why there were such a big difference in the charge. But at least I was able to cancel and rebook.
