I got upgraded from a Ford focus to a Buick SUV, so despite the long wait to get my car, I was pretty happy in the end.
rental was easy and I found rental desk in the airport. I didn| t have to take a shuttle somewhere off property. I received keys and parking spot number and drove away.
The car rental was excellent however customer service., was top rate! She was kind, professional, courteous, personable, and very helpful. My trip was long tiresome and very exhausting but she made me feel like she was waiting for me to arrive and was so happy to see me. That’s top rate customer service

No need for shuttle to pick up car! Rental right at airport. Only problem is, if you’re old , walking is not something you’re looking for.
Great upgrade from Enterprise. Flight delays made it to where we barely made it before they closed, they were accommodating.

The Manager acknowledge their staff decision to turn me away from my first day of rental and reported it to corporate before I even said anything upon my next day to pickup. I appreciated he took accountability
I will NEVER use Economy Bookings again. Worst customer service ever! No phone number to talk to a real person. I had found a cheaper price for the same time period on Economy Bookings and tried to change the booking, saving $100 but my request on how to do it was answered 4 days later and the cheaper price was unavailable.
Car was great. Drop off was easy and the Colombian lady helped us a lot and very courteous.
