The company was Alamo. We were supposed to get a car with Hertz on the Wednesday after booking months in advance and they had no car and the staff were very unhelpful. We cancelled the booking and rebooked with Alamo for the Saturday and the experience was excellent. I particularly want to mention David DiGrazia who dealt with us to give us the car. He was excellent so helpful and friendly and professional, my wife and l were very impressed.

Economy bookings was easy, and good prices! Overall very positive experience with the process and with dollar rental car except for that I had to wait around in the cold outside for 45 mins to have someone show up to give me my car. The counter was closed at the rental car terminal and a sign advised customers to go to the garage kiosk to pick up your rental car. Unfortunately the kiosk is sometimes not manned at all times?

Using Economy Bookings cut off about 50% off Hertz price. Hertz was charging 200+$ in fees. Same car, same everything. I may be wrong in my assumption but Economy Bookings come up as a foreign account and they don| t charge these fees to foreign accounts. I have seen it in other instances. Great final price 250ish $ VS 450$ at Hertz website even with military discount.
