Having never heard of EconomyBookings prior to renting for our Nashville trip, I| m happy to say it was a GREAT experience for us. I| m glad that I took a chance that worked out very well. Thank you for making the experience seamless. I would recommend that you give a little more attention and earlier notice to renters that they will be receiving a VOUCHER via email that is to be presented at the time of rental. I was contacted by the actual car rental company for my credit card information, before I was notified that a voucher would be provided by Economy Bookings, and that made me wonder if I was being charged twice for the same car, because I had to provide my credit card info to the car rental company as well. For the value received, this bit of uncertainty was worth it, but that would| ve cleared things up in my mind, IN ADVANCE.
