We asked for an upgrade much effort was made to help a us obtain one. the first did not have functioning GPS the second was fine. Car rental costs at present are way too expensive

I would like to say the staff at the pick up staion were so friendly and helpful .I rent about 5 times a year and i would say the staff at this location made it the easiest and stress free rental i have had for a long time.

The collection was straight forward and I was given a nearly new car that was slightly larger than I booked. The staff were courteous and efficient.

All the staff we dealt with were fantastic! We had an emergency at home so had to change the drop off back to Bordeaux and not Bergerac as we needed to get home earlier than planned. None of this was and issue it was a simple handover. I would not hesitate to recommend Enterprise to anyone.

Our flight into Bordeaux was an hour late, and we landed well after the official closing time for the Europcar office. They stayed open especially to help us and Carla, the member of staff who dealt with us, was especially helpful. We were very grateful for her kindness. Overall, the service provided by Europcar was excellent. We use rental vehicles often and the people who dealt with us on behalf of Europcar were exceptional
