The overall experience was good - just there is always an issue with insurance. Its very disappointing to get extra charges when you think your covered. I only got an upgrade to the car as they did that when I purchased the extra insurance.

Great experience renting at SIXT. Friendly staff at the pick up explained everything needed. Car was above expectations as I got a free upgrade. Drop off was easy, greeted again by a friendly and service minded member of the staff. Would rent again from SIXT Charles de Gaulle.
It was a great experience only some things was not cleared from staff, they have issue with there tablet and I didnot receive a contract I ask them why atleast they have to tell you on the support.
