I came here when I tried to book a car through Kayak. It was intimidating initially because I needed to pay upfront, but it was good experience. Thrifty gave me a luxury car although it said Mitsubishi Mirage or similar car.
Have never used this service before, but I was able to find the car rental company at BWI airport due to clear signage. The staff moved quickly to come to my assistance when I arrived. The rental was in perfect condition and drop off was easy with a box to drop the keys.

Counter person was very friendly and helpful. Ease of pick up was the best that I have had at this rental car center. I have used Dollar and affiliates and have had waits up to 3 hours so it was refreshing to just walk in and out in 15 minutes.
100% positive experience from the delightful young lady at the counter to the next gentleman at drop off. Pick up the keys drop off the keys. Otherwise you have a car that| s clean with no odor and is in completely perfect operating condition. The price was right. What else do you want?
