Midsize Car Rental in Baltimore

The experience was positive. Initially, I became concerned because a sign at the Dollar/Thrifty Car rental desk indicated that the desk was closed. My immediate thought was that I was scammed and I would not be able to pick up my rental and reach my destination in less than 2 hrs. Fortunately, I looked around and saw a sign that stated to go to the Hertz Rental desk to pick up the car.

The process with Economy was smooth and the car was within the range I rented. The car was dirty (because it was just returned and had not gotten cleaned) but I had insisted on a 4WD or AWD because of the snow and ice.
