The customer service staff was excellent. The vehicle was an upgrade but was cleaned inside and had a few facade issues.
The only drawback was there the help desk was not compicuously identified, I had to search and then at the pick up the person in charge send us to get a car without giving a description of the vehicle assigned, then a lady came and told us get this one and it was excellent because was an upgrade to what I chose in the first place.
Customer service was impressive. The vehicle provided was excellent and the time of receiving and dropping off was very quick; literally in and out about 5 minutes.
The car I picked was bad, was shaking really bad as I drove off so, I returned back and they gave upgrade car that was better.
The lady who helped me when I collected the car was extremely helpful and friendly. A credit to the team!
My flight was extremely late and they stayed open till 2:00 a.m. yo make sure I got my car
