We picked our car up at the Ashville Airport. Because of the hurricane we returned it early to the Greenville S.C. airport. We live in Michigan and were trying to get home. I wasn| t able to fill up the car, no gas. The car was over half full, because we weren| t able to use it due to the weather. The gentleman at the Greenville S.C. airport was so understanding and nice. He told us it was no problem leaving it at their Hertz rental place and no extra charge. Thank You again.

I have used Economy Bookings for multiple trips in US and Canada. Booking is easy and straightforward. Never had any issues with pickup or vehicle type. Prices are often significantly less.

I was skeptical about the ""avoid the counter, and go straight to your car"" offering. Initially, when I go the message of ""it| s time to select your car"", there wasn| t one available from my phone, so I thought I was being forced to go to the counter anyway...Once I got to the line, however, I checked again and an upgraded vehicle from my reservation was available. I selected it, and was then immediately invited to bypass talking to a rep and head straight to my car. It was a real thing. Once I got there, it was all ready for me to take off the lot. So, a slight early hiccup, but was rectified immediately for a very great pick up (and drop off) experience. Hope to have more experiences like these in the near future...oh, and the price was unbeatable.

I was pleasantly pleased with the service at the counter. The rental agent even escorted us to the car and made sure that we were comfortable with it. ( I have never experienced that before). I will be looking for this company in other airports when I do my travels.

The car was a bit more advanced than I am used to. Had a hard time figuring out some of the functions. My husband was too tall for the passenger seat and kept hitting his head. We managed but next time we rent, we should be asked if we want an older car or some highly advanced car that we don| t know how to use. Older people may be more comfortable with what they know. :-)
