Right now in veey confused i still didnt get my bill,and the only thing i have is an agreement and a deposit
Very busy on arrival but they got us through in good time. We received an upgraded car because it was there faster and that was great. Super easy to find the shuttle from the airport.
The drop off was fabulous. Drive in, leave keys in vehicle and walk away. We turned in the vehicle a day early and am hoping that we will receive the refund for that. Was not about to stand in line again for over an hour in order to make sure we got the refund. The clerk was fabulous once we got to her desk.
THE Trina checked me out and she was brilliant! She was working so hard she broke a nail! So friendly and polite! Great experience overall!
Only confusion had to do with drop-off location. At pick up staff was exceedingly helpful. I rented an EV and they spent a lot of time acclimating me to the car. Were very friendly as well.
