      I am so sad I was to tired to remember anyones name. But everyone at the counter was so friendly and upbeat at that time of the night. I am in the customer service industry and I will not have a problem hiring any of them. Keep your employees happy so they can keep your customers happy!! Great job!

      Very busy on arrival but they got us through in good time. We received an upgraded car because it was there faster and that was great. Super easy to find the shuttle from the airport.

      The drop off was fabulous. Drive in, leave keys in vehicle and walk away. We turned in the vehicle a day early and am hoping that we will receive the refund for that. Was not about to stand in line again for over an hour in order to make sure we got the refund. The clerk was fabulous once we got to her desk.

      Thrifty was surprisingly easy to work with and their car was basically brand new. It only had 1000 miles on it. The staff was quick and helpful.
