It was a little confusing driving to Hertz to get a car I rented from Thrifty. It did work out I ended up with a brand new car with 10 miles on the odometer. The interior of the car was very clean a little dirty on the outside of the car. I would rent from Economy Bookings again.
User friendly website. Very good price point. Received the car I reserved. Email for contactless pickup was somewhat difficult to use since the pickup spot wasn’t labeled clearly. Fortunately a customer service person was in the parking area and help us find the car quickly. It was a simply return and a shuttle bus was readily available back to the airport terminal Over all aspects of the rental was very good
Would very much want you to have a ""spouse can drive too without charge,"" as does another company. I would have chosen another company that allows spouse to drive too - free; however, it did not have a car available.
I was charged two times. Paid Econ Book. Then I got to Thrifty and they did not see it in their computer so they charged my card. Check and double check.
