The ladies where we got the car from desk. They where very helpful . They went out of there way to help us to find a best route to our hotel. This was the first time anyone help us out. Fantastic ladies great job.
The experience overall was entirely great from start to finish!! I ended up having trouble getting a car thru another service id originally booked and had to book on the spot. The process was lightning fast both booking and pick up/drop off, the customer service personnel were phenomenal, and the car was adequate for my needs. Again, I couldn| t have asked for a better outcome, I should| ve booked with this service from the start!

The staff attitude towards us and the wheelchair helpers was very much appreciated! I had to call economy bookings for clarification on how to do the booking and the agent I spoke to was very rude at first basically telling me to figure it out on my own, but I was persistent and she finally guided me through what I needed to do. I was pleased with the amount that I was charged for the rental and with the car itself. I received an email to check in online so that all I had to do was come in and pick up the car and skip the line, even had to submit photos of my license and a selfie but when I got to the lot to pick up the car, I still had to go in, wait in line and do it all over again, so that was not true at all. All in all I was satisfied because of the decent price that I received.

Very good price, convenient pickup location and system in Charlotte Airport. Agent did not try to upsell on insurance and model. Super easy return. Booking communication etc was very good.
