This was a great value for my money. The automated process for picking up my car was amazing. I did not have to stand in line. I did not have to speak to anyone.

I was skeptical about the ""avoid the counter, and go straight to your car"" offering. Initially, when I go the message of ""it| s time to select your car"", there wasn| t one available from my phone, so I thought I was being forced to go to the counter anyway...Once I got to the line, however, I checked again and an upgraded vehicle from my reservation was available. I selected it, and was then immediately invited to bypass talking to a rep and head straight to my car. It was a real thing. Once I got there, it was all ready for me to take off the lot. So, a slight early hiccup, but was rectified immediately for a very great pick up (and drop off) experience. Hope to have more experiences like these in the near future...oh, and the price was unbeatable.

I was pleasantly pleased with the service at the counter. The rental agent even escorted us to the car and made sure that we were comfortable with it. ( I have never experienced that before). I will be looking for this company in other airports when I do my travels.
