The first car passenger window would not roll down. The car was not clean. I called and asked how to get the window down they immediately asked me to switch the car out. So I drove to the place and exchanged for a Jeep Compass. They were very helpful and I will use them again.

The car was a bit more advanced than I am used to. Had a hard time figuring out some of the functions. My husband was too tall for the passenger seat and kept hitting his head. We managed but next time we rent, we should be asked if we want an older car or some highly advanced car that we don| t know how to use. Older people may be more comfortable with what they know. :-)
