Booking through Economy Booking was quick and easy. The rental company, Easirent was quick, staff profession, courteous and the rental experience was seamless. Once the registration formalities are completed, the car is a hop step away.
At first, I wasn| t sure of the type of service I was going to receive when I arrived to the location and doing everything myself. The gentleman I spoke with on the Virtual Monitor was very friendly and helpful. I like the application that was use to upload pictures of the vehicle prior and after returning it. In general, I liked the process.

I had no problems using the Economy Booking pre-paid voucher. The only condition that surprised me is that the booking cannot be changed by the rental car agency if your flight is delayed ( I called to change my pickup time when my flight was delayed several hours). However I was told that the reservation would be honored for 48 hours past the original pick-up day/time, so that worked out fine.
I was really impressed. At first, I was a little put off by a virtual assistant. But he was so friendly he answered all my questions. He explained everything where I could understand. I would totally rent from this place again. Douglas was a big help.

I am very happy to comment about the lady who helped me at the rental booth. Unfortunately, I forgot her name. When I arrived, I was tired and not in my best mood. There were a few things in the contract that were not clear and I became somehow upset. However, I was amazed how she never lost her composure and remained calm and professional. She was great and definitely very qualified to deal with difficult clients Also, Stephanie, who is there helping clients pick up and dropped their cars. She’s amazing and has a great attitude. The car was an upgrade from what I was told. The only thing that needs to improve is to have a better disclosure of all the fees, which are reasonable. I will definitely rent from them again
Though it was a bit hard to find Fox Rentals at the Austin airport (it was WAY at the end of the line), the attendant was quick, efficient and kind. The car was ready and waiting even though we’d had to call to extend our pick up time due to flight delays. I was pleasantly surprised to find the upgrade at the same price. Drop off was even easier.
IAH easy to get t rental car complex and no lines, walked up, got paperwork, walked to car parking spot, clean, and pulled out. Easy to get in and out of car rental complex despite IAH terminal construction, i was a little apprehensive prior to picking up, but they made it super easy, thank you. Was a great experience!
The representatives that waited on us at the counter were friendly and knowledgeable.
