Was generally pretty good, a bit of a wait to get the car once we had checked in, took about 20minutes or so. Ordered a RAV4 and got something a little bit smaller so struggled to fit 3 suitcases in, but generally was OK with value for money.

The GMC Terrian drove very well with great fuel economy and power when required. It was good to see that a sticker for when to change engine oil was visible (haven| tseen that on previous rentals from another company).There wasn| t any unpleasant odours or fake scents.

We took a Caribbean cruise but prior to that we rented a car through ""Next Car"", a great deal. Going through the process was terrible. I talked to lady who spoke broken English on a computer screen. She ran me through the ringer for 40 min, never again, I was pretty upset. After the cruise we stayed a week in Galveston and rented a through Thrifty. Your company is the best, easy and fast pickup and I didn| t even have to talk to anyone in dropping off the car.
