We are so lucky we got an upgrade. Easy and relatively fast pick up and drop off. Both times happened during middle of the week. The Dollar at Austin airport has excellent customer service.
The price charged was a good value compared to booking directly with the rental company. But the agent said I had NO insurance coverage even though I had paid for full coverage. He said I would be liable for ANY damage up to the full value of the car. Then what did I pay for when I paid for full coverage?
After car issue. Folks at Hertz gold desk were super helpfull and due to our being inconvenienced, upgraded us to a SUV, Honda CRV. loaded up and out in about 15 min. Check in and Vehicle drop off was a breeze
Staff was very kind and he explained to me pass plate for passing road that is not free.
Vehicle was clean, and in good overall condition, service lady at the pick up counter was professional, courteous and friendly, drop off was easy without problem, will continue to use you guys.
At first it was taking a very long time to get through the line.Because people were having difficulty getting the vehicles they rented. People were canceling their reservations in line and moving to other car rental agencies. I stuck it out and waited and got great service from the gentleman at the counter and he gave me a free upgrade. I prepaid for the gas so filling up Was not an issue when I returned the vehicle. Overall I say it was a pretty decent experience

The app to skip the line and pick up your car did not work so the person working the counter gave me an upgrade, I believe. She did not say she did but the car that she gave me was better than what I had reserved!

By far the best price for a medium size SUV. Counter person went out to find me a car that met my special cargo needs
