It was a good experience renting a car with Dollar for the first time through economy bookings it had better deals than going to the car rental company directly.
the service was great, but im not sure about the Dollar desk. the Dollar agents were backed up and agents from hertz came and help the customers in line. so the acion i had was with Hertz but i am sure Dollar agents would do the same for Hertz if needed. The back up had nothing to do with the agents just had a rush of patrons.
Nice car. Ran beautifully. Line to get the car was a bit slow, few people at the counter, however the person who waited on me was friendly and helpful.
Pickup was quick and the staff was very polite drop off is amazing love the way they do drop off ❤️

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and a great representative for Dollar Rent a car! He is definitely a high quality candidate to move up the ladder in my opinion
