WAS very please over all with the car rental. The only dad thing is that they have one person supporting the rental for three to four companies with took to long to get the car i had rented
But. I am guessing. Computer was down. Over a hour to get car. Miss Half of cowboys game Not Good. Still happy
Everything went well. It took a bit longer because they had to create an account number that was not on the voucher for some reason. So, they gave me an upgrade for my extra time at the counter, which was nice.
Was pleasantly surprised at the completed professional straight forward car rental service! No hassles, followed all directions and had the very nice Toyota Camry which we used for the week! Will highly recommend to my colleagues
We arrived extremely late on Tuesday through no fault of our own, being at the mercy of the airlines. Due to a huge conference, everyone was low on cars. Thrifty had one 12 person van left which they gave to us so we could get to our hotel. Then we changed it in the next day for a beautiful brand new Nissan. They were wonderful at a time when we needed things to be easy as we were on the trip due to a death in the family. I was very pleased as was my husband.

The price was good. The thirty link would not allow a vehicle to be chosen for me but the guy at the desk was amazing.
