The app to skip the line and pick up your car did not work so the person working the counter gave me an upgrade, I believe. She did not say she did but the car that she gave me was better than what I had reserved!

I had a long day with flight cancellations. Was hours late picking up car. Had a meltdown. I didn’t have my ins info , had to go back next morning, Ivan and Melanie couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating. Great experience.
