Easy pick-up drop off, booked a mid-size car, got a brand new jeep Cherokee. Staff very friendly and made the process easy! Definitely would book again.
I was given an upgrade due to lack of inventory at the time, however that car had serious problems. The maintenance overdue message was displayed on dash and rearend or wheel barring| s were extremely loud. I took it back and they gave me another care in same group but different make and also comp| d the gasoline. So I think they handled the situation perfectly. Turned a negative into a positive.
Renting through Economy Bookings was very easy and stress free. The pricing was great, and we loved having the convertible Camaro for our 10 days in the Florida Keys. This is the second time we have used Economy Bookings, and will continue using them.
