The whole experience was great. I just thought I was getting a Jetta and was disappointed with the car I received although I believe it was still in the same class as I reserved. I will definitely book with Dollar rent a car again and I did in February and March for separate trips.

THERE WERE NO CARS AVAILIBLE IN THE CAR CLASS THAT I RENTED. THE CAR I WAS GIVEN WAS OK, BUT IT WAS NOT WITHIN THE CAR CLASS I WANTED. HOWEVER, THE CAR WAS FINE, CLEAN, BUT NOT GOOD ON GAS. PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER THIS A COMPLAINT. THE CAR DID SERVE THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH I RENTED IT. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CAR (EXCEPT GAS). I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED ECONOMY BOOKINGS TO A COUPLE OF MY FRIENDS.
