Upgraded SUV was awesome, and the cost 42.99 a day for a loaded Chevy Transverse that held the whole family.
First, this was the best rental car experience I’ve ever had because of my extenuating circumstances. We arrived on one of the last flights to Jacksonville Florida due to bad weather as it was delayed. I was afraid that we weren’t going to make it to the pick up counter before their 1 am closing time. Hertz owns Dollar and Thrifty so at some point all customers had to be serviced by the Hertz counter. The employees remained after 1 am to make sure all clients received their rental car. I got a downgrade because I couldn’t drive the upgrade vehicle that was offered which wasn’t their fault. Thank you for the great savings I’d received through your company
Got the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted and drop off was very easy and time efficient
We were not happy that there is a charge of almost $14. Per day for the spouse of the driver to drive. We were doing alot of driving and we like to change drivers BUT NOT AT THAT EXTRA PRICE. My husband is 82 & an wonderful driver, however, there are times when he needs a break. $14 a day is excessive for us. This was unfair.

Every step of the way was easy from the online booking via Economy Bookings to finding the best price on the website which was Sixth. Ronnie at the help desk was great and friendly took about 13 minutes to the car return, Lady was so friendly and also helpful that took about 8 minutes. My whole experience was great! Would definitely recommend!
