Using economybookings works. What doesn’t work is the rental car place itself. You are forced to buy their insurance if you don’t know your rights. Or they don’t tell you fees etc. NU and AVIS and DOLLAR/THRIFTY are the best.
The drop off was very fast and easy. We got upgrade of our choice car. I was later than the time I had schedule for...the car company communicated all the time...and there was no problem. However I have to say that economy booking attempted to charge me extra money when I asked that I was going to be 5hrs late because of my flight...the. Dollar car rental company assured us that 24 hrs later is ok for them
Great easy experience! The wife left a bag in the retuned vehicle, and didn’t realize till we were on way to airport! The transport driver went out of his way to get us back to rental company, when we got there to rental company the clerk immediately opened the doors to get her bag, as the airport transportation waited for us! Everything was great with the rental but they have yet to release my deposit so my $100 cad rental is currently $780cad.

It was a very easy way of booking and getting the car. Just keep in mind that they will charge a daily fee for Sunpass. Car was new, clean and in perfect shape. They do a good job.
Great rental experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, with no waiting time at all. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, completely stress-free. The car itself was used, but in good condition and very clean. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. I would definitely rent from them again and recommend them to other renters.
Excellent price and service , they upgraded my car in same price when initially book even during peak time , it’s too good to be true and Dollar made it happen !! Thank You for the upgraded car in same price from initial booking ( Dollar is cheaper than other major car rental in a nice new 2026 SUv car) !!
