The experience was good. When I chose to have prepaid tolls, they offered to upgrade the car. As usual we paid additional tolls and insurance, but this is normal for a rental in Florida where tolls are all around and if you do not have them prepaid, you will end up with an astronomical bill. US$15 daily is the rate, but it is better this way if you are traveling around Miami. Staff were nice and helpful.
This is the second time using Economy Bookings. I find their rates very reasonable compared to booking directly through the car rental companies. I also like that I can pick extras etc and pay for them so when I get to the counter and have everything I need and not be harrassed by the car rental attendants to add more extras on.
Great value ! Got a Nissan Kick. Offer Shuttle from airport. Waited about 10 min to board. Unexpected cost. Was charged $ 80 extra for risk of loss since my insurance didn’t cover. So beware. Drop off easy. Put keys in a lock box. they don’t open till 8am so had to take Uber to airport.
