I never got the car and couldn’t get a refund even though I didn’t even pick it up and couldn’t pick it up since I didn’t have a credit card it’s actually outrageous that the booking site kept money even though I didn’t actually get what I paid for.

Overall I had a good experience with this car rental company. I used my own insurance so I declined their insurance coverage. Good value for the money. The only issue I had was it took about 6 weeks for me to get my security deposit back but eventually I did get it back.
