Staff at pick up and drop off readily available and super friendly. I would rate everything a 10 out of 10 except the lost key fee. I didn’t lose the key, I returned it.
Excellent experience, I only wish we had known to call as soon as we got outside after picking up our luggage. We waited outside for 30 minutes and then finally called and they came immediately. So our fault for not calling, we assumed they just came for pickup every 15 minutes or so but you really need to call and tell them to get you, then they are very responsive. Looking forward to using them again.
The shuttle bus drivers was very good. The agents at the counter was very nice and professional. The car operated fine. It was a Nissan Sentra and I enjoyed ridding it. The only problem I had was with the shifter. If you wanted to shift from park to reverse or from park to drive, the shifter would seem to jump up out of the shift console.
First time renting a car. Saw other positive reviews, so thought I’d give them a chance. From the moment I worked with the sales rep, Darren, to the return process; the staff were knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Very positive experience.

Hola, buen día, Yo les haría una recomendación: Que al momento de reservar un vehículo se le explique y se brinde toda la información, para no llevarse sorpresas al momento de la entrega, como es mi caso, que al momento de recoger el vehículo me hicieron otro cobro adiciona, el cual no me lo informaron cuando hice el pago del alquiler del vehículo y es incomodo que luego le salga con otra cosa que no tenia uno conocimiento. Por lo demás no tengo ninguna queja, el vehículo en buenas condiciones, el personal que nos atendió muy amable y atento.
Experiencia muy positiva con esta marca que me ayudaron en todo momento y muy amablemente. Muy rápido todo.
