The car was adequate for our needs. It had an adaptive cruise control that was unreliable and had to be watched. The gas mileage was poor but it was a larger car.

Vehicle handover and drop off good, 2nd vehicle was an upgrade which we appreciated.
Pickup was quick and easy, and the shuttle service was smooth on both ends. It was waiting when we landed, and after drop-off we only waited about 10 minutes to head back to the airport. No surprise fees, which I appreciated.
