I Did not like that I was charged a full extra day for bringing the car back a couple hours late. I think it should be prorated. Stuff happens.
It’s legit. I was concerned that there would be extra charges when I got to the counter. But there was not. I was shocked, and I saved a lot of money using this service.
The wait for pick up was due to the computer system being down. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you to Joseph from Hertz who got us a car faster in the lot as we were waiting for our’s.

We were given a car that was different from my original booking. We were fine with it until my husband realized the back panel of the car had been in an accident and was not screwed back in correctly. We spoke to a manager and she immediately gave us, the original car we had booked. This car was great, clean and handled great. So appreciate the car manager!

I expected the worst because I needed to see if I could perhaps change this trip how it would be ( not good because you only get a credit on a future rental instead of a full refund), But I did not have to cancel, and really enjoyed the experience all the way through. I| d use again ( but only if I am 100% certain I can make it because of their cancellation program)
