Actually this is the second year I rent during same period with Enterprise. Their cars are almost new and in great condition. The SIXT claims department, Lauren in Las Vegas, was able to find the damage was pre-existing and canceled the claim. Lessons learned: always video the entire vehicle prior to leaving the lot.
