Booked the Manager| s special with GPS - none of the budget cars had GPS (essential to us as we were doing a lot of travelling) - but for a nominal sum we were upgraded to a beautiful Ford Edge . The counter staff were super helpful and friendly.
Car was fuel efficient, had more than enough space for 2 plus luggage. Handled well with enough zip.

Great lady on front counter. And my surivor who found my mobile that I dropped when getting out of the car to sort payment out. You saved me & your honesty of returning my mobile just before I got on the plane to fly back to the UK. Great Manager deal as well.

Counter staff was friendly but had to wait at least an hour. It wasn’t very busy but only 2 people to staff. She gave me an upgrade and free gas for waiting so long!
All was great except the price. Almost $800 for two weeks and used very little. Still had 3/4 tank of fuel when returned and never bought gas. Still paid for full tank.
People including Michael were very pleasant to deal with and we| were very happy with the vehicle provided. Pickup took a little longer than expected. Price was affordable which was a concern for us. Overall an OK experience.

The counter help and shuttle drivers for the company I booked with were kind, quick and thorough (especially your shuttle drivers). They honored the price I prepaid online with a third party provider which was a very low price. The car was in good condition.

I had rented a car from this company during my recent trip to Tampa. Nice clean car. Some issues related to insurance. They were resolved by buying insurance offered by this company. Returning the car was very quick, just gave the key back. Timely pick up and drop off at the airport car rental station. Caution: Please make sure to check the insurance requirements from any car rental company, make sure you have adequate insurance (have your insurance declaration page with you).
