I had rented a car from this company during my recent trip to Tampa. Nice clean car. Some issues related to insurance. They were resolved by buying insurance offered by this company. Returning the car was very quick, just gave the key back. Timely pick up and drop off at the airport car rental station. Caution: Please make sure to check the insurance requirements from any car rental company, make sure you have adequate insurance (have your insurance declaration page with you).

Hola, buen día, Yo les haría una recomendación: Que al momento de reservar un vehículo se le explique y se brinde toda la información, para no llevarse sorpresas al momento de la entrega, como es mi caso, que al momento de recoger el vehículo me hicieron otro cobro adiciona, el cual no me lo informaron cuando hice el pago del alquiler del vehículo y es incomodo que luego le salga con otra cosa que no tenia uno conocimiento. Por lo demás no tengo ninguna queja, el vehículo en buenas condiciones, el personal que nos atendió muy amable y atento.

The staff were very nice and drop off was a breeze. They are not directly at the airport, but will come pick you up and drop you back off. They did not badger me to get additional insurance like some companies do.
