The entire staff from front desk to the shuttle service to pickup was very professional and swift they did not waste my time with any gimmicks or sales pressures. Very easy pickup and literally no wait time walk in walk out with the keys and away you go. The same for the inspection. By the time I pulled the bags out of the trunk we were given the green light to go and a shuttle was waiting for us!
Actually this is the second year I rent during same period with Enterprise. Their cars are almost new and in great condition. Last year it was an Audi, and this year it was an Audi Q7 almost brand new. I was hoping to get a special rate being same customer every year but this does not deny the product or service I received.
