Very fast check in with representative who was helpful and friendly. Vehicle was excellent. Returning it was easy but no one had told us that you have to leave keys inside car and leave it. So we hung around for awhile. Just needed a bit of clarification from someone but no one there. Overall, would definitely recommend Alamo.

My experience was excellent! I found out at drop off that I was to pay the rental car company at that time and not in advance to the 3rd party company. Now that I know that’s how Economy Bookings works I will use them again next time.

When I went outside to pick up hertz said I was supposed to wait in line inside because I didn| t book directly though hertz and no hertz gold rewards or direct pick up
