We were easily able to change the time of the pick up due to flight issues and and the car company had a shuttle waiting for us to bring us to their location since it was outside the airport. The staff overall were patient, friendly and helpful. We were upset about this booking at the time but after looking back at the situation, our booking process was lengthy due to our own personal issues: Our business debit card kept getting blocked when trying to use it; it was late on a holiday weekend and no business bank staff were available to allow the charge; we didn| t have our car insurance declaration page that showed policy coverage amounts so that we could opt out of their insurance; our car insurance company had technical issues at the same time we needed this declaration page; we didn| t read the fine print that in order to opt out of their car insurance you have to use a major credit card and NOT a debit card. After all the time it took to get the policy information we still had to purchase car insurance because we only had debit cards.
this is my second time renting a Sixt vehicle via Economy Bookings. Both time I got the same exact make and model I chose. Pickup and return was easy.

We were having difficulties with another supplier and decided to quickly check for other car hire companies locally. These provided the best value by far and the booking process was simple. Collection was drift and staff were helpful and we could understand them. Drop off was easy and the shuttle was efficient.
