Yvon was very helpful and offered me a very tempting upgrade. i decided to keep the original booking as there was only 4 of us travelling light with hand luggage. also, first time driving in Miami so didn| t want anything too big. However, we are back again in a fortnight and will definitely be booking through Economy Bookings again. Lots of choice on the website with no hidden extra costs.

Helpful staff at the Alamo counter. Car good, low miles. After an inappropriate vehicle was offered as an alternative to what we had booked due to availability, the staff member agreed to provide us with a similar vehicle. We had a puncture but Alamo road side assistance took care of it ,but not straight away. We had a nail through the tyre and the mechanic just pumped it up. However the next day we were directed to a tyre shop and the tyre repaired.
