The pick up to get the car was easy. We dropped the car off and headed back to the hotel. Customer service guy was great. He gave us a better car because the first car had a dented fender.
I have use this car rental service for the past 2.5 months for my entires stay at Miami. Kept switching between Got a Great deals by booking in advance. I used this company car as they ate very easy going to accept my own insurance & we’re NOT tripping to charge any hidden charges. Book online, add your own reputed insurance, pickup the car & I enjoyed their their best deals for 2.5 months.
I was in a bit of a bind as I booked my flight to the wrong city and needed to get to a convention. They were very accommodating to get me to my destination and realizing I was a woman on my own they took that extra care for my safety. Thank you everyone, especially the gentleman who looked after me at the counter when I arrived. I would recommend you to anyone.

TOTAL SCAM!!! MUST PURCHASE THEIR INSURANCE, no matter what kind of car insurance you have!!! Rental price jumps up to more than renting with a legit car rental agency!!! The customers behind us were told they missed their reservation time and the company would not give them a car!!! Who even does that??? The reason they missed their reservation time was because they were waiting outside while all the other customers were arguing about the abusive insurance rates they wanted to charge. I did not even pick up my car, I took the shuttle back to the airport and got a real rental from a legit agency!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!

Just make sure to get someone’s CELL #!!!!!!! The number they give you to call for your shuttle to airport( which will actually be an Uber..4 minute drive) has to be requested an hour before you drop car back off and need to catch your flight. It was a good car for a fair price… didn’t wait long at all either
