The staff was courteous and friendly. Service was with a smile and fast. They even offered you water on a warm day.
Overall it was very easy from the airport pickup to the ride to the car rental area. The drivers helped with the luggage but the wait to get the car was long because there was only one worker and at leaast 6 people waiting to pick up cars. We ended up getting a complimentary upgrade. The lady who was the attendant was very pleasant and continuously apologize. Drop off was easy, park car, drop key in Lock Box and we were on the van that was waiting to take us to the airport. All this while traveling with 8 year old twins..... My daughter recomment our next SUV be like our rental even though our vechile is much bigger than our rental.

Got lucky with an upgrade but could have went very wrong since they didn| t have a car for me and had to borrow from another company. However, it ended well with a nice SUV for a good price. Guy at counter was nice and helpful.

Economy booking was over 50% more cost effective than renting directly through companies like Budget, Alamo, Enterprise, etc. I was able to rent this car for just under $8.00/day, while every other car rental company had there rates between $27-$38/day for the same size and group of cars. This made a HUGE difference, as I needed the car for over a month. From now on, I will only be renting through Economy Bookings! Thank you!
