I was concerned about off site hire as previously used on airport pick up. It is far more convenient to jump on shuttle and pick up then be dropped back afterwards at the terminal doors. Staff were great and no oversell. Always take the prepaid toll option as so convenient and less stressful!

Zezgo car rental was great! However, economy bookings was not. I have paid for ""full coverage"" only to find out when I arrived to pick up the car that ""full coverage"" was really roadside assistance and did not include damage to the vehicle and when I called to cancel the ""full coverage"" and was told that I should have read the fine print and would have had to cancel 48 hours prior to picking up the car. I will not be using economy bookings again because the term ""full coverage"" was misleading and their customer service was rude.
