      The fact that staff found me in the Kruger Check-In line at Skukuza Airport blew me away--I didn| t have to go looking for them! My car wasn| t ready so I was given an upgrade, which I used the entire 4 weeks. I was using the car for photography in Kruger National Park and it was perfect for my needs. When I went to drop it off, once again staff met me as I drove into the airport parking lot, waited and chatted with me (and helped!) while I packed up my camera gear and helped me take my bags inside for my flight. I feel awful--I can| t remember the staff member| s name at the moment as I just got back to the USA and am really tired, but I wanted to write this review now so it wouldn| t get pushed to the bottom of the to-do pile. Excellent customer service! I go to Kruger frequently and you| ve earned my future business as well as my recommendation.
