      Model was Toyota Ruminai,it droge ok. A stone hit the windscreen and cracked it. Intitial contact with car rental to report the incident resulted in me being asked to replace the windscreen out for f pocket and claim back from my insurance. Further enquiries led to me continuing to drive the vehicle as the crack did not affect visibility. It was marked on return and I’ll hear from them in the coming days.

      Unlike other vehicle hire companies, when I returned the car with a full tank of fuel, I was not charged an additional fee for the car to be driven to a petrol station and an added fuel charge.
