Just would like to make customers aware that if vehicle is being dropped off outside of business hours, it has to be parked outside and all responsibility is renters until next business day. Given this information I would never ever return car after business hours. Customers need to be aware of their high risk if they choose to do this.

Wasn| t helped to inspect the vehicle on the pickup but helped on the drop of everything was fine ,after I left few hours later decided to call from car came from the carwash with a minor dent so they accused me did invoice with deduction without even my concern and my comment ,when I went to complain about this I| ve been chased away by saying we will give you a call and invoice was sent and no money back that was left

Wonderful experience with Alamo! Wasn’t able to get the car we booked due to a computer error but the staff were quick to remedy and offer an upgrade for the inconvenience which was gladly welcomed and appreciated. The car was clean and comfortable. Only a few scratches to the body work but all documented thoroughly on the known damage document/ video. Drop off was a breeze. Directed into the area by a lovely man who had the car checked and signed off by the time we had got to the terminal. Thanks so much again for a wonderful experience! Will highly recommend and use again!

I really like the simplicity of the system and lack of small print. Economy cars was the only agency where I was able to get unlimited milage. By the Way, I will be putting in an insurance claim. I got a chipped windscreen. But I am still waiting for Europcar to tell me what the cost will be.

Counter staff were really nice and helpful. All staff were very courteous when collecting and returning the care. At the counter the young lady said, this car has a lot of scratches on it, so as I was having the car for 7 weeks I politely asked her if she could find me another which she did without any hesitation.
