I had left my keys behind on a previous hire and was called immediately I organised a pick up of the keys but obviously on my return journey I needed to get them back the staff happily took charge of my house keys until I arrived later in the day first class service and help from all concerned team members

Although we ordered a small SUV but got a small wagon, they offered to replace it with the SUV. We declined and kept the smaller vehicle and we’re happy we did, even though the price was not reduced.

Firefly in Edinburgh is indistinguishable from Hertz. Hertz counter, staff, car, queue etc. Car was new, 500 miles on the clock.
