As long as you check the car with them (point out any And all dings or damage) and make sure you get the car you ordered they were great. We’re both trying to protect ourselves. Windshield wiper was not working great on the first van and they quickly put me in another. Just do the leg work and you’ll be happy. And protect yourself with the insurance. The roads are tight and makes the trip less stressful. All around easy for me. But make sure your license works in Scotland. There seemed to be some people there that didn’t read all the details when booking.

Very cooperative staff who supported every aspects right from pick up to the final drop off. Car was in very good condition and clean, it was washed before the key was handed to us. Apple car play was really helpful.
