Nicolas was awesome. The facility was clearly understaffed and he was working long hours, this did not show in his service. I was only informed of such because I asked. He was an absolute gent. Upgraded me, answered all of my questions proficiently, top quality customer service. This Polish/Scot needs a raise!!

Staff were great and very friendly both at pick up (6 in morning)!! And drop off. Also have to comment on the bus drivers who were extremely helpful and very pleasant . Great service all round.

I am so grateful for the ease with which I could book on this website and for the great customer service from Drivalia after an unpleasant experience with a rental company based at the airport. The free shuttle bus is so easy to find and the journey to the pick up point is approx 10 mins.
